- We standardize and streamline your contracting processes. We create systems with standard agreements, pre-approved alternative language for selected provisions, approval processes, procedures, guidelines, and checklists.
- We also create and conduct training, either personally or through “Train the Trainer” programs. We provide support to ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
We manage compliance and tracking for private agreements and government grants and development programs (including SBIR grants).
