We have prepared and prosecuted several hundred patent applications. Our firm's approach focuses on obtaining strong legal protection that truly gives our clients a sustainable competitive advantage over predatory competition. We're not trying to get patents that just look pretty on a wall. We seek to frame patents for our clients that are so strong that competitors either voluntarily stay out of your market, or accept licenses without litigation. In the few cases where a competitor has chosen to proceed in spite of the risk, several of our patents have been litigated, and have withstood scrutiny under the most exacting review, to support eight-figure damages awards and nine-figure settlements.
